Mandy has over 15 years of facilitation and consulting experience as manager, facilitator and senior business consultant. She has worked for several international and leading local consulting firms mainly supporting Fortune 500 corporations across various industries.

Mandy graduated from Shaanxi Normal University, majoring in English Language and Literature. Mandy is based in Beijing. She is passionate about what we do, serving clients to the highest quality and supporting the growth and success of The Leadership Group.
