Tobias Demker

Tobias is an experienced facilitator, trainer, and coach, working over a broad range of industries. Originally from Sweden, he has been based in China for 15 years and can deliver programs in both English and Chinese. Tobias’s focus is in leadership and team development, with a special interest in coaching, communication skills, motivational theory, and performance management. Tobias has a background in sports events and marketing, and sports education and has a MSc in HR Management.
