Doing a blog is something I have been thinking about for a while, and with the new name and the new website, I’ve realised that I have finally run out of excuses ;-).
I took that decision to commit to it around Christmas 2015 and spent a few weeks thinking about what to write about, and doing some research into how to do it. One of the common pieces of advice that books on blogging give is that you must stick to what you know, and write about something that you feel passionate about.
My professional passion is clear to me and is the core of our work. It’s answering the question:
What makes Organisations, Teams and Individuals more effective?
So that will be the focus of the blogs.
The initial audience is our core team and our network of coaches, and from there let’s see where it leads.
The purpose is to share my thinking on the core of our work, and to crystallise and further develop my thinking and the thinking of the team.
Comments and input will always be welcome. One of the objectives is learning, and it’s harder to learn without feedback. I hope you find it interesting and maybe even learn something useful that you can apply.
If you have read this far, THANKS!
