We work with leaders, teams and organisations to transform the level of their effectiveness and performance.

What We Do

Whether the focus is on development as an organisation, team or individual, the core of our work is raising levels of capability and consciousness.

Leaders, teams and organisations need capabilities, which need to be identified and systematically developed.  And leaders need to be operating at a level of consciousness which enables them to make the right choices, whether that is choices about strategy, or behaviour.

Our team philosophy

Our core belief as a team is that we have to role model what we do with our clients in order to maintain the privileged position that we have. We hold ourselves accountable to the highest standards.
So, all members of our team are on their own leadership development journeys, all do regular leadership 360s and receive coaching.  We work on our team effectiveness on an on-going basis, and use the same approach to building our organisation effectiveness, and developing and executing strategy, that we use with our clients.

Primary objectives

Quality delivery

  • Absolute top quality delivery of services leading to 100% repeat business, and referrals.

Build the business

  • Attract further business through the combination of quality delivery and the proactive development of client relationships, anticipating client needs, proposing & delivering solutions.

 

Required knowledge skills abilities

  1. Significant consulting / facilitating experience with demonstrated ability of delivering transformational results.
  2. A track record of attracting business.
  3. Management experience would be beneficial.
  4. Coaching experience preferred.
  5. Native Mandarin speaker with fluent English preferred.
