In a Human Resources career spanning 32 years, Mike spent the formative years of his career with Unilever in South Africa, privileged to live and work through the tumultuous years of political and social change, holding a variety of roles at both factory and head office environments. It was within the context of these experiences that he came to appreciate the true value of diversity, and the power of recognising potential in all. Coaching became a natural way of being.

his principal focus is in Executive Coaching, Talent Assessment, Leadership and Team development – helping successful leaders achieve positive, lasting change in their behaviour, both for themselves and their teams.
