Jeremy Perks

Jeremy is a consultant and coach specialising in Leadership Effectiveness, Team Effectiveness, Organisation Culture Transformation and Strategy Execution. He has provided services to many of the world’s largest multi-national companies in Asia, and has a reputation for achieving transformational results.

Jeremy has a strong combination of facilitation, consulting and business skills.  His experience as a business leader is combined with over twenty years of facilitating, consulting, training and coaching.  He is an expert in solution design and uses a wide range of approaches in his work in order to ensure changes lead to business results, based on an understanding of both organisational dynamics, and what is required in order to effect individual transformation.

Originally from the UK, Jeremy holds a LLB (Hons) in Law from Manchester University, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with Ernst & Young in London before joining their Training Department in Hong Kong in 1991.  He then led IWNC Group in Asia, a pioneering training organisation, before setting up Mindset Matters Group in China in 2009 and The Leadership Group in 2015.
