Connie is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach CPCC and a workshop facilitator who provides 1:1 coaching, team coaching and tailor-made workshops to multinational organisations.

Connie blends her past managerial experience in Sales Marketing, Communication, Human Resources and General Management with training and coaching to create transformation within leaders at all levels. Connie had over 15 years of professional experience in multinational companies in China and overseas before becoming a professional coach. By implementing coaching in her former role as GM, she successfully doubled revenue YoY and significantly increased staff retention.
