Nancy is a consultant and coach specialising in Leadership Effectiveness, Team Effectiveness and Human Resources. With rich experience in business HR in one of the leading multinational IT companies, Nancy’s strength lies in her ability to tap into the positive energy of her coachees and build on their whole brain capability. Nancy is a certified coach with the Erikson International College and Asia Coaching & Consulting and holds two master degrees, one in Teaching and Linguistics, the other in Communication Studies.
